Established as the first professional football team in Pennsylvania, the Steelers faced numerous struggles and challenges. However, they eventually transformed into an enduring powerhouse in the NFL, thanks in large part to the legendary athletes who donned the black and gold.

In the 1972 playoffs against the Oakland Raiders, Harris caught a deflected pass and ran it into the end zone, a moment that remains etched in the memories of Steelers fans even today. His contributions on and off the field helped to cement the reputation of the team, and he played an essential role in the Steelers' four Super Bowl victories during the 1970s.

I was at Immaculate Reception and have picture hugging Bradshaw in end zone to prove it. My friend Gordon Gravelle (#75) even got my boys a signed game ball from 6-0 victory over Oilers. I lived in Pittsburgh for all of ’70’s and 4 Super Bowls.
