The Opportunity

• Ownership partner opportunity—not a store manager or employee role.
• You’ll acquire a buy-in equity stake in both the new retail store and the thriving YinzerShop website.
• Your responsibility: Build out, launch, and run the Strip District location as the local owner/operator.
• Work hand-in-hand with our founders during the transition, but you’ll lead day-to-day business and local growth strategies.
• Take charge of recruiting, training, event marketing, merchandising, customer experience, and more.
• Exclusive access to our brand, products, wholesale relationships, and e-commerce infrastructure.
• We’ll retain a minority stake and provide ongoing support—but this business is yours to run and grow.
