We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return policy for YinzerShop:

 

At YinzerShop, we want you to be customers for life. If you're not totally thrilled with your order, we're here to make it right! You've got 30 days from the date you placed your order to request a return or exchange at sales@yinzershop.com. 

For non-defective items: Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Customers are also responsible for the cost of return shipping.  This small fee covers the cost of processing the return and the items.  Large bulk orders with special discounts are subject to a 50% return restocking fee to cover our cost so please contact us directly for bulk orders and special pricing and we'll work with you to avoid this fee.

 
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If you received the wrong item or your product was broken or defective in any way, please contact us at sales@yinzershop.com with photos of the problem so we can rectify the situation. Often, photos are all we need to resolve the issue, and no restocking fee or return shipping will be charged for defective or incorrect items.

Made-to-Order Production & Shipping Policy

Many of our products are made to order, which means they are created just for you after your order is placed. Because of that, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

We work hard to get orders moving quickly, so they are often sent to production soon after they are placed. Once an order has entered production, we usually cannot make changes, updates, or cancellations.

If you need your order by a specific date, need rush handling, or want to confirm timing before ordering, please reach out to us before placing your order through our website chat or by emailing sales@yinzershop.com.

Please keep in mind that if we do not hear from you within 1 hour of your order being placed, your order has likely already been pushed into production and may no longer be able to be modified.

Because these items are made to order and move into production quickly, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations based on shipping or delivery timing, including cases where an order does not ship or arrive in time if we were not contacted in advance.

We always recommend reaching out before ordering if your purchase is time-sensitive so we can let you know whether your timeline is realistic.

 

Sizing

Before diving in, check out our size chart for each product item! Our tees are top-notch and super soft, but they might run a bit small for some people. The Tri-blend cotton t-shirts are thinner and soft, but can run smaller than a typical 100% cotton t-shirt. Make sure you check the product descriptions because we offer both types of shirts. Make sure to size up if needed! If it doesn't fit quite right, don't sweat it. Reach out to us, and we'll get you sorted out with the perfect size. We want everyone to rock their gear with pride!

Exchanges/Returns

If you would like to exchange or return an order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at sales@yinzershop.com. Returned items need to be in new condition with all labels intact.
For non-defective returns: A 15% restocking fee will apply and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: No restocking fee or return shipping will be charged.

What items are not returnable or refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail items
  • Mystery items
  • Custom t-shirts or products

Damaged Items or Print Issues

Although extremely rare, sometimes damaged or misprinted products get past us. If you receive an item with a hole, tear, or any printing mishap, let us know ASAP. We'll hook you up with a replacement and maybe even make the fulfillment team do a little dance of apology. 😉 No need to send the old one back, but please take multiple pictures of the issue and send them to sales@yinzershop.com.

Remember, all issues need to be reported within 30 days of placing your order. We've got your back, so let's make it right!

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus any restocking fee and return shipping, if applicable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
