🧵 These 3ft x 5ft USA flags are fully sewn nylon stripes and embroidered stars (51 one of them) with two brass grommets on the hoist edge. The fly edge is triple-stitched. This is the first nylon flag we've been able to offer and we are very excited to get it in your hands!
👨🏻🏫 Notes from Michael: I hate hearing people say "We can't add more states, we'd have to change the flag!" To them, I say, duh, it's already been designed and you probably couldn't tell the difference if you saw it. And then I go into my full 16 minute TED talk about how our flag is meant to grow and change with us as a nation and blah blah blah...
Now to DC Statehood. Our nation was founded on the principles of "No taxation without representation". However, there are three-quarters of a million people living in DC with just this plight. There are two US states with a smaller population than DC. We're long past the time when this needs to be remedied.
