We print the same designs on three different shirts. Here is exactly what you get with each one, so you can pick the right one the first time.

Premium Soft — Comfort Colors 1717
Garment-dyed, heavyweight, broken-in from day one
Our best shirt. Comfort Colors dyes the shirt after it is sewn, which is why the color has that soft, slightly faded look the moment you open the package instead of three years in. The 6.1 oz ring-spun cotton has real substance to it — you can feel the difference picking it up — and it keeps getting softer every wash.
Best for: Gifts, going out, and the designs you want to still be wearing in five years.
Sizing: Relaxed and boxy through the body, and it runs large. If you are between sizes, or you like a closer fit, size down.
Everyday Soft — Bella+Canvas 3001
Smooth, light, and the sharpest print of the three
The one most people should buy. It is made from Airlume combed cotton, which means the short fibers are stripped out before the yarn is spun — you get a smoother surface, a softer feel, and a noticeably crisper print. At 4.2 oz it is light enough to wear through a Pittsburgh summer without feeling flimsy.
Best for: Daily wear, layering, and building out your Pittsburgh drawer without spending a fortune.
Sizing: Modern unisex cut that sits closer to the body than a classic tee. True to size.
Classic Heavy — Gildan 5000
The traditional heavyweight tee — built to take a beating
The workhorse. A classic 5.3 oz cotton tee with the durability you expect from a shirt like this. It holds its shape, takes a print cleanly, and stands up to a lot of washing. Not the softest of the three, but the toughest — and the best price.
Best for: Tailgates, yard work, weekends, and anyone who wants a substantial shirt with room to move.
Sizing: Classic unisex fit, roomier through the body. True to size.
Common Questions
Which tier should I pick?
If you want the nicest shirt, go Premium Soft — just remember it runs large. If price matters most, go Classic Heavy. If you are not sure, Everyday Soft is the safe pick and the one we sell the most of.
Does the print quality differ between tiers?
The printing process is identical on all three. Designs look great on every shirt. The Everyday Soft has the smoothest surface, so fine detail can read slightly sharper on it — but the difference is small, and it is the fabric you are really choosing between, not the print.
Why do the larger sizes cost more?
Larger sizes (2XL and up) genuinely use more fabric and cost us more to produce. We pass that along honestly rather than hiding it in a higher base price for everyone.
What sizes do you carry?
Unisex shirts run M through 3XL. Women's cuts run S through 2XL. We keep the range focused so we can stock the sizes people actually buy.
Can I see which shirt a product uses?
Yes. The shirt is named in the product title after the vertical bar, and the tier is shown near the price on every t-shirt product page. If you do not see one, the product is not a standard t-shirt — we also sell hoodies, crewnecks, tanks and long sleeves.
How should I wash them?
Same for all three: machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. No bleach, and do not iron directly on the print. Washing inside out is the single biggest thing you can do to keep a print looking new.
